Preparing Graduate Student Award Applications for Online Submission
Send the materials specified for the award(s) for which you are applying. Materials should be prepared and compiled into one folder. In naming the folder, specify the level of award and applicant name. For example, for a graduate level award, name the folder "Grad Awards- Applicant Name". (i.e., Grad Awards-Jane Smith). Compress the complete folder into a zip file before beginning the submission process. One application can be used for multiple awards, but make sure all required materials for all awards are included in the zip file.
